Alex arrived desparate and afraid for his life. He was about 50 pounds over his 'comfortable' weight and was experiencing the painful effects of his life style. Diabetes, knee pain, blood panel scores off the charts, along with a mild depression, created a dark shroud around him that he could not see through. He described his life as doom and gloom. He was resigned to the fact that he would die young like his father. He was 4.5 years away from being the same age as his father's premature demise. His increasing weight gain had sealed his fate in his mind.

Alex wanted help desparately. My unique skill set helped him stabilize his life after 10 sessions.

First, Alex needed to learn how to manage stress. He listened to the Absolute Stress Reduction audio every day for two weeks. As reported he slept better, had more energy and was less inclined to stress eat.

Next we processed his fear related to him dying at the same age as his father using a unqiue process entitled, Ethereal Plane Connection and a Precise Fate dialogue.

He fed his body with highly absorbed supplements (I have available in my office) that target belly fat and carb intake, shifted his diet, reduced his stress, terminated bad habits and weight loss had become secondary to his improving life.

It was important to Alex to grow an identity away from the pulls he felt from his family of origin. "We're fat, You must also be fat."

He was able to breathe better and cultivate his own future through powerful visualizations. 

It has been 2 years and Alex's weight remains the same and he lives happily.
